Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to the paid products sold by Helm AI Inc on helmaiagent.com: the US Tech Resume Rewrite ($19 one-time) and AI Writing Assistant Pro ($4.90/month subscription). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. US Tech Resume Rewrite ($19 one-time)

The US Tech Resume Rewrite is a one-time service. You may request a full refund at any time before your rewritten resume is delivered to your workspace. Because the service is delivered in full once the rewrite is generated, refunds are not available after delivery.

To request a refund before delivery, email support@helmaiagent.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order details.

3. AI Writing Assistant Pro ($4.90/month)

You can cancel the Pro subscription anytime through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; partial-month refunds are not provided for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
