1. Current Free Beta Status

Helm AI Inc does not currently charge users for access to its beta products. Therefore, no subscription refund is currently applicable.

The website does not currently accept payment details, process checkout, or sell active paid subscriptions.

2. Future Paid Services

Optional paid services may be introduced in a future release. If paid services are introduced, a separate refund policy will apply to those paid services and will be published before or when payment functionality becomes available.

3. No Current Purchase Refunds

Because no subscription purchase is currently available, Helm AI Inc does not currently administer a purchase refund process for beta access.

4. Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged by a third party claiming to represent Helm AI Inc, contact us at support@helmaiagent.com so we can review the issue.
