1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of helmaiagent.com and beta AI-powered productivity tools provided by Helm AI Inc (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Beta Status

Helm AI Inc is an early-stage software company. The Services are currently provided free of charge during beta testing. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as products are tested and improved.

Optional paid subscriptions may be introduced in a future release. Paid plans, checkout, and subscription billing are not currently active on this website.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not upload, enter, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person or organization.

You must not upload content unless you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it with the Services.

4. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it.

The Services do not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Do not rely on outputs as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

5. Product-Specific Responsibilities

• PDF summaries and answers must be checked against the original document.
• Writing and career outputs should be reviewed before publishing, submitting, or sending.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, design, software, and service materials belong to Helm AI Inc or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Helm AI Inc permission to process it as needed to provide the beta tool you are using.

7. Beta Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" during beta testing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet any specific standard or requirement.

8. No Current Paid Subscription Terms

Because Helm AI Inc does not currently charge users for beta access, there are no active subscription billing, cancellation, or paid-plan delivery terms. If paid services are introduced later, separate pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund terms will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helm AI Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Because the Services are currently free during beta, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as beta testing, product functionality, and commercial plans evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
