1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of helmaiagent.com and AI-powered productivity tools provided by Helm AI Inc (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Paid Services

Helm AI Inc is an early-stage software company. The Services include AI productivity tools and two paid products sold on this website: the US Tech Resume Rewrite ($19 one-time) and AI Writing Assistant Pro ($4.90/month subscription). Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as products are improved.

Paid purchases are processed by Stripe and are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not upload, enter, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person or organization.

You must not upload content unless you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it with the Services.

4. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it.

The Services do not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Do not rely on outputs as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

5. Product-Specific Responsibilities

• Writing and career outputs should be reviewed before publishing, submitting, or sending.
• Resume rewrite output is generated from the experience you provide; you are responsible for confirming every fact before submitting it to an employer.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, design, software, and service materials belong to Helm AI Inc or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Helm AI Inc permission to process it as needed to provide the tool you are using.

7. Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reliable operation, or that outputs will meet any specific standard or requirement.

8. Paid Products, Billing, and Cancellation

The US Tech Resume Rewrite is a $19 one-time purchase. After payment, access to the rewrite workspace is provisioned for the email collected at Stripe checkout. AI Writing Assistant Pro is a $4.90/month subscription that can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Refunds for paid products are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helm AI Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Helm AI Inc in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as product functionality and commercial plans evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
